Choose an Odoo App and understand payment and downloads

Ready-made Odoo Apps have their own catalogue and purchase route. Do not confuse these with Module Studio custom work or Cloud onboarding.

Review an app before ordering​

  1. Open Odoo Apps, choose an app and select Versions and details.
  2. Check the selected Odoo version against your installation. Do not assume the initially selected version is the one you need.
  3. Read the module details, version notes, edition compatibility and licence. Confirm the required dependencies and included services.
  4. Review quantity and package price. Where shown, open See the full package and current cart total or View package details before adding the app.
  5. On the package review, check every app, its version, quantity and total. Required paid dependencies appear as separate lines. The page provides an acknowledgement checkbox and Add reviewed package to cart for when you are ready to proceed.

The public Attendance Corrections listing and its package review demonstrate this layout. Other apps can have different dependencies. Taxes can change with the checkout address; use the current total, not a catalogue starting price.

Payment and download expectations​

The published payment policy says payment instructions, currency, taxes and the total are provided before ordering. Follow the instructions for your own order. A pending transfer does not unlock a download.

After order confirmation, open Your purchased app downloads using the purchase account. Signed-out visitors are directed to sign in. Download access requires full payment for the purchased Odoo major version and completion of the applicable delivery and contract-confirmation steps. Early digital supply has separate consent and acknowledgement requirements; choosing to wait can produce a scheduled availability date. Do not expect payment alone to make every download immediately available.

Expected result​

You can identify the correct app version and package cost, and understand why an eligible download may still be awaiting payment or delivery requirements.

Limitations​

This guide covers public selection and published policies, not a tested checkout or authenticated download walkthrough. An app purchase does not by itself include hosting, a custom Studio build, other Odoo major versions or an Enterprise subscription. Troubleshooting​

  • The total is higher than the module price: review paid dependencies, quantity and applicable tax in the package and cart.
  • My download is unavailable: check the purchase account, version, payment status and delivery requirements; then contact support@corvusnexus.com with the order reference and app name.
  • I need cancellation or a refund: email the same address with your order reference and a clear request. Read the current payment and cancellation policy; this guide does not replace it or limit statutory rights.
