Review quotations, orders, invoices and status
Use this guide to review what you are buying and follow its commercial status. A quotation, confirmed order, paid invoice and completed delivery are separate stages.
Before you start
Sign in with the account used for the purchase. Keep the quotation or order reference and any direct link supplied by Corvus. Project and download access also depend on the account associated with the record.
Verification scope: account entry pages and empty states were checked live. The populated-record and customer-checkout steps below are source-reviewed; they were not exercised through a real purchase. Use only the actions actually offered on your record.
Find and review a record
- Open My account. Use Quotations for quotations sent to you, Sales Orders for confirmed orders, and Invoices & Bills for issued invoices.
- Open the relevant reference. Check the items, Odoo version, quantities, currency, billing details, total, applicable terms and any quotation expiry date. Use Download, where shown, to retain the document.
- Keep a newly created quotation's direct link: a draft quotation may not yet appear in the Quotations list. Ask Corvus to correct an inaccurate or expired quotation before proceeding.
- When you decide to proceed, follow the payment or signature instructions offered by that quotation or invoice. Review the amount and payment method before confirming. A pending payment or transfer instruction does not establish completed payment.
- Return to the invoice to check its date, due date, amount due and payment status. For an available Cloud project, use Account details → Billing, when offered, to review its linked order and invoice references.
Request a Cloud quotation, when enabled
- Open Corvus Cloud projects. If Configure managed Odoo is offered, select it.
- If the customer form is available, review the offered hosting mode, location/capacity, billing cycle, Project slug, edition and Odoo version. Read the applicable declarations before completing them. Enterprise requires your own applicable subscription.
- Select Create exact Odoo quotation only when ready to create the quotation for review. This step does not itself charge you or deploy Odoo. Availability and requirements are those in the current form.
An Odoo service request is a different route: it records a selection or request for staff review. It does not itself take payment, provision a server or run an upgrade.
Follow the next step
Check the invoice for payment status, then check the relevant delivery or technical setup status. Paid does not establish an available App ZIP or a running Cloud environment.
| What you see | What to check next |
|---|---|
| Waiting for Payment | The amount due and current payment instructions. |
| Processing Payment | The existing payment outcome before attempting another payment. |
| Paid | Any remaining delivery or technical setup requirements. |
| Reversed | The invoice and related credit or refund information; ask support if unclear. |
| Cloud Awaiting verification or Commercially authorized | Account notices and the remaining authorisation or setup step. |
| Cloud Entitlement active | The available project setup or console link, then its technical status. |
| Cloud Entitlement restricted | The account notice and support advice. This does not by itself mean the VM stopped or billing ended. |
Use the next step for the product you ordered or requested:
- Ready-made Odoo App: follow Download a purchased Odoo App to check confirmation and delivery eligibility for the purchased version.
- Corvus Cloud: use Technical setup or Open technical console when offered, then follow Find your project and environments to check the available technical information. A commercial authorisation or entitlement status alone does not establish a running environment.
- Module Studio: follow the proposal or workspace instructions supplied for your request; its public ordering availability must be confirmed separately. If you are preparing a new requirement, start with Prepare a Module Studio brief. A public brief is separate from an order.
Expected result
You can identify the quotation, order and invoice, review the payment state and find the relevant delivery or setup step. A confirmed order does not establish a successful download or a running environment.
Troubleshooting and limitations
- Missing record: confirm the account, clear applicable date filters and use the original quotation link. Ask support with the reference if it remains missing.
- “Checkout requires an authenticated customer account”: use the customer account connected to the service. The inspected administrator session was refused by this gate.
- No Cloud project or invoice: business/payment authorisation or invoicing may still be pending. Do not place a duplicate order solely to clear an empty state.
- Unclear payment result: check the existing record or contact support before retrying. No payment success was tested for this guide.
- Module Studio availability: the homepage described online Module Studio ordering as not yet available when checked. This statement does not apply to every Corvus product; ready-made apps have a separate catalogue and delivery flow.
