Prepare a Corvus Cloud hosting enquiry
Use the Cloud page to plan a setup. Online ordering is not yet available through the public journey described on that page. Start with a configuration enquiry and guided onboarding; the illustrated order sequence is a planned flow, not immediate provisioning.
Prepare your setup
- Open Cloud and select Plan my setup.
- Review Your Odoo setup: hosting mode, starting point, Odoo version, edition and number of users. Choose an existing-system or migration review when appropriate.
- Review Resources and location. Leave preferred CPU, memory and storage blank if you need a recommendation; entered preferences must be positive whole numbers.
- Review Delivery and care, including your repository, recurring-backup requirements and main priority.
- Check Your next step. The page offers Choose your plan for reviewing current plans after sign-in and Request a proposal. You can also contact Corvus directly with your hosting requirements.
What to agree before ordering
Ask for confirmation of the complete price, resource allocation, location, licences, migration work, backup arrangements and support responsibilities. Do not treat a service-fee headline as the complete hosting cost: managed hosting has a separate server charge; bringing your own host leaves your provider costs separate.
Expected result
You have a clear setup request for a quotation. Selecting preferences or a plan on the public page does not charge you, reserve capacity or create a server.
Limitations
Payment alone does not authorise provisioning. Verification, Corvus approval and successful setup precede access in the published planned sequence. Console permissions depend on the agreed service.
Release safety backups and recurring backups are different. Confirm recurring frequency, retention, destination and restore support in your proposal.
Troubleshooting
- I do not know which resources to choose: leave resource preferences blank and ask for sizing advice.
- No plan fits: request a proposal rather than assuming a listed configuration can be changed automatically.
- I need repository access: arrange authorisation during onboarding. Do not put passwords or access tokens in an enquiry.
- I paid but have no environment: contact support with the service reference and ask which verification, approval or setup step remains.
Continue after your enquiry
- When a quotation or order is associated with your account, follow Orders, quotations, invoices and status. Check the commercial record and any separate service status; payment and environment readiness are different checks.
- When your project offers console access, follow Portal and console access. Use its project-specific handoff rather than the public product tour.
- Before using the environment, confirm the project and environment. Keep the service reference if you need help with a missing or pending step.
